In order to handle invoices faster and more smoothly, it is important that the following information is included when you send us your invoice. Please note that if the invoice information is not complete, we cannot process it.
Billing:
Invoices are primarily sent as e-invoices, addressed to: Nordic Forest, org no: 559141-7828.
If you do not have the opportunity to use e-invoice, you can alternatively email the invoice to us in pdf- format: inbox.lev.1063496@arkivplats.se
with a copy to the customer at Nordic Forest.
It is also possible to send it by regular mail to our mailbox, see address below.
Invoicing takes place after completed work or according to agreement.
The invoice must contain:
Timber order number
Contract number
Logging form
Shooting distance
Number of stems
Rated average strain
Volume m3fub
Customer name with Nordic Forest
Billing takes place when the area is completed.
If moving machines to the next object, please clarify with a-price, hours or kilometers.
